Clear communication is essential for startups, from attracting customers to aligning teams and securing funding.

In this interactive 3-hour masterclass, you'll learn how to turn your startup's mission, vision, and positioning into clear, consistent, and engaging communication.

Through practical exercises, real-life examples, and group discussions, you'll work on your own startup and leave with tools you can apply immediately.

Who is this for?

Founders who have begun validating customers or stakeholders, and have at least partial problem-solution fit.

What you'll learn:

  • Turn your strategy into clear marketing communication
  • Identify and map your key stakeholders
  • Define a strong core message (your why, who, how, and USPs)
  • Match your content and channels to your communication goals

What you'll leave with:

Six practical tools covering:

  • Organisational and Marcom analysis
  • Stakeholder mapping
  • Core message framework
  • Content strategy (audience, goal, channel)
  • Online presence essentials
  • LinkedIn essentials for founders

To get the most out of this masterclass, please:

  • Review your Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Reflect on your why, who, how, and USPs
